Vivid Shores is a new 1,031-acre gated, lakefront master-planned community at 25501 Bonita Grande Drive in north Bonita Springs, built by Pulte Homes and STOCK Development. The community offers 635 luxury single-family homes starting from $754,990, centered on three freshwater boatable lakes with a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort pool, outdoor lakefront restaurant and bar, and select homesites with private boat docks. Model homes were expected to debut in 2026, and the developer is marketing it as the last opportunity to build a gated lakefront address in Bonita Springs.

Built on former rock and sand mining land, it's centered on three massive freshwater lakes totaling more than 400 acres of boatable water — not something you find in Southwest Florida very often.

The builders: Pulte Homes and STOCK Development

Pulte is the master developer and volume builder, offering single- and two-story homes on standard homesites from $754,990. STOCK Luxury Homes — one of the most recognized luxury builders in Southwest Florida — builds on 76- and 90-foot wide homesites, with floor plans from roughly 2,700 to over 4,000 square feet, generally running well above $1 million.

Pulte and STOCK are separate builders with separate contracts, separate sales teams, and separate processes — walking into one doesn't give you visibility into the other's availability or pricing. If you're seriously interested, you want someone familiar with both builders at the table with you.

What makes Vivid Shores different

Unlike the ornamental lakes in most Florida master-planned communities, these are genuinely boatable — gas-powered boats are officially permitted on the 400+ acres, and select homesites include personal dock options. The 13-acre resort campus anchors the community with a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort pool with spa and beach entry, an outdoor lakefront restaurant and bar, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce, a dog park, and a firepit area.

The location threads a needle: about two miles from Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach Preserve, roughly 10 minutes from Downtown Bonita Springs, and convenient to Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, US-41, and I-75.

The developer is marketing this as the last opportunity to build a gated lakefront address in Bonita Springs — whether or not that holds, the water itself is genuinely hard to replicate on a newly developed site.

The costs buyers need to know

Pricing starts at $754,990, but your actual spend depends heavily on homesite, elevation, and design center selections:

What to do before you visit the sales center

Walking into a builder sales center unrepresented is one of the most common mistakes buyers make — the on-site team represents the builder, not you.

If you're comparing Vivid Shores to Bonita Bay, Bonita National, or Estero communities like Kingston or WildBlue, we're happy to walk through the comparison.
